Our concertina door, the Trellidor A300 is a fully framed expandable security barrier constructed with a unique trellis within a securely anchored frame, suitable for expandable applications where access is required. This design creates the strongest physical and formidable deterrent, preventing the burglar from gaining entry.
Each Trellidor concertina door is custom designed to secure any door, window or passage opening without compromising aesthetic architecture, integrating lifestyle by easy operation, build quality and flow of air and light.
Trellidors are top hung to ensure a smooth operation with low friction and minimal maintenance and is made of galvanized steel, powdercoated with a unique patented lock system. Trellidor’s expanding grilles stack away neatly to 12% of the original size to optimize space. Trelidor concertina doors are available in a wide variety of Dulux powder coat colours. Trellidor A300 can be applied to any width of aperture. This is achieved by means of multiple stacks on a single track which lock into each sash as in a multiple- or flexi- configuration. It is not recommended to exceed 6 meters for each single sash and 12 meters for each double sash. Also refer to side by side configurations.

| SINGLE SASH TRELLIDOR A200
One side of the trellis sash is fixed to the anchor jamb, with the other side moving across to lock onto the strike jamb. The direction of close can be left to right or right to left as required.

DOUBLE SASH TRELLIDOR A200
Double doors have two sashes, stacking one on each side of the unit which closes towards the centre. The split is usually central (50/50), but can be offset to either side as required.

SINGLE FLEXI SASH TRELLIDOR A200
Constructed with a lock stile and strike jamb on both sides of the unit enabling the stack to be positioned anywhere within the frame. This facilitates cleaning of windows.

DOUBLE FLEXI SASH TRELLIDOR A200
As per the single sash flexi but with the sash split into two interlocking stacks. This enables each stack to be independently positioned. Each sash locks into the strike jamb at each end of the unit and locks at the centre point as well. Especially designed for large commercial applications.

FIXED SASH TRELLIDOR A200
The trellis sash construction is fixed to the anchor jamb both left and right as opening is not required in such units.

 The Strength of our Rivets
Trellidor has developed a range of specially designed rivets to ensure optimum strength of its security systems. Many competitors opt for normal 'off-the-shelf' blind rivets, which have a low tensile strength that allow components of trellis-type security to be pulled apart relatively easily.

The shoulder slide is a uniquely designed nylon component of security barriers that joins the trellis to the framework. The shape snugly fits the framework channel which ensures a smooth operation and enhances the overall security & integrity of the safety gate.
