3 modes of operation:Open mode: In this mode the security unit can open and close freely
|
No locking takes place which prevents accidental lock-out |
Slam-lock mode: A single turn of the key engages the slam lock action. The door is now "armed" & ready to be slam locked
|
The door can be slammed shut & locked automatically in the event of an emergency |
Dead-lock: After closing the door in the Slam-lock mode, turn the key one more time and the door is now "Dead locked"
|
Prevents the latch from being lifted |
