Trellidor Trojan, a fully framed expanding sash moving within a frame in single, double or multi sash configuration.

The sash and frame components to be constructed from mill flattened steel, galvanized to a minimum standard of Z 275 and roll formed to lipped channels. The sash steel components to have stainless steel inserts. The steel to be powder coated prior to assembly, with exterior grade polyester.The bottom sill to be anodized aluminium to 25 microns or greater, and powder coated to suit other components if required, to be self cleaning, to be securely attached to the moving sash and frame, and to be protected by a stainless steel shroud if not let into the floor. Steel sections forming sash and frame components to be securely connected with stainless steel semi tubular rivets.

The lockstile and assemblies to be protected by a steel shroud. Lock to be three point locking through a single key point mechanism. The top channel and wheel assemblies to be protected by a coverplate. All fixings to be approved for on site application and to be tamperproof. The product to meet the requirements of LPCB’s LPS1175 Security Rating level 2 standard, and the manufacturer to carry a current ISO rating. The installers to have the required on site Health and Safety certification.
